QUEENSTOWN - Michael Hugh O'Neill, 76, of Queenstown, MD, died January 5, 2018, at Memorial Hospital in Easton, MD. The son of the late Joseph R. O'Neill and Dorothy (Megee) O'Neill; beloved husband of Donna O'Neill; father of David O'Neill (Michelle), of Stevensville, MD; Matthew O'Neill (Jennifer), of Sarasota, FL; grandfather of Brooke and Brody O'Neill; brother of Anthony O'Neill, John O'Neill, Kathy O'Neill Helt, Kevin O'Neill and the late Ralph O'Neill; brother in-law to Mimi, Evelyn, Peggy O'Neill and Tom Helt.
Life member of Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department, retired telephone company lineman, six-year service member of the Maryland Air National Guard with honorable discharge as a Sergeant.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 18, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, 106 Shamrock Road, Chester, MD. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Chester, MD.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to M.A.P.S., P.O.
