Paul Bonolis Obituary
He was born September 9, 1942, in Baltimore, MD, the son of Vincent & Josephine Bonolis.
Paul applied his law degree to labor relations and employment law. He was Vice President of Human Resources at Bendix Field Engineering Corporation, Columbia, MD, for several years, and when he retired from the company after 28 years of service, he provided consulting and human resources management services to small and mid-size government contractors for ten years.
Paul was an avid boater, traveling around the Chesapeake Bay with family and friends, as well as to destinations including Philadelphia, Boston, Nantucket, Provincetown, and Norfolk. He was a fine cook, specializing in seafood and Italian dishes. He traveled widely throughout America, Asia and Europe with his wife and friends.
Paul is survived by his wife of nearly 33 years, Eugena Barkley Blythe; daughter Deborah Lee Anderson; son Vincent Bonolis (Karen); and daughter Deborah Brocato (Russ); Grandchildren Heather Anderson, Timothy Anderson, Michele Lonsdale (Bob), Lauren Bonolis; Paul V. L. Bonolis; Russell Brocato (Hollis), and Amy Broadhurst (Mark), and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation and a service will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home in Chester, MD on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Visitation will begin at noon and the service will begin at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (NYC) in Paul's name at https://giving.mskcc.org/
