Donald "Donnie" Hull Jr.
Roodhouse - Donald Lee Hull Jr., age 62 of Roodhouse passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025 at his residence. He was born March 8, 1963 in Jacksonville, the son of Donald Sr. and Sandy Craigmiles Hull. He married Kerri Howard February 16, 1985 in White Hall and she survives.
He is survived by his children, Ashliegh (Will) Smutz of Owensboro, KY, Allie (Carter) Cox of White Hall, Ambrea (Alex) Reilman of Aviston, Jake Hull of Navarre, FL, Arika Hull (Logan Ross) of White Hall, nine grandchildren, Chaliegh, Weston, and Everliegh Smutz, Nash, Mira, and Ayla Cox, Harper and Shiloh Reilman, and River Ross.
Donnie was a loving son, father, grandfather, and devoted husband of 40 years to his wife, Kerri. Those that knew Donnie could see his passion for sports. He poured all of his free time into his children's activities, never missing a single game or opportunity to practice with them. The outdoors held a special place in his heart, where he spent countless hours hunting and fishing. Donnie loved scouting deer in the jeep with his wife. He was a lifelong member of the White Hall Sportsman's Club. Donnie was a dedicated and hardworking pipefitter for over 30 years at Wieland Metals, formerly known as Olin. Although Donnie carried a rough exterior, he truly had a heart of gold. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He has left an impact on so many in the community and brought so much joy to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Church in White Hall. Burial will follow at a later date. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be suggested to North Greene Athletic Program.
