Jo Dorris Obituary
Jacksonville - Jo Ann was the daughter of John Decker Crowder and Myrtle Chaudoin Crowder whom have preceded her in death. Jo Ann had four siblings that also preceded her in death, Monty, Clarence (Loretta), Harold (Betty) and Patricia (Norman).
Jo Ann married Raymond Joseph Dorris on December 5, 1975. They have a daughter, Crystal McGee (Bryan). They have a son, Michael Dorris (Chelsea). They have four grandsons, Jameson, Evan, Ailin and Hunter. They have one great granddaughter, Iris. Jo Ann has several nieces and nephews Rebecca, Tracy, Bryan, Andrea, John, and Danielle. Jo Ann also has several great nieces and nephews. They all survive.
Jo Ann graduated from Jacksonville High School with the Class of 1970. Jo Ann worked for District 117 for several years and retired from Elm City Center. Jo Ann loved spending time with her best friend and husband of over 50 years. Jo Ann enjoyed reading, movies, multiple crafts, and spending time with her family, friends and pets. Love Always.
No services will be held at this time. The Williamson Funeral Home in Jacksonville is assisting the family. Condolences may be left online at www.airsman-hires.com.
