Pittsfield - Margaret E. 'Peggy' Durall, 71, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022. A Mass of Resurrection will be Friday, February 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation Thursday 4-6 p.m. at Niebur Funeral Home.

So sorry to hear of Peggy's passing. Far too young but what an adventure you two had traveling the world! I'm quite sure we've "walked the same dirt" and entered many of the same establishments across the world but especially in Korea (having served as a Korean linguist for the Corps). I'm sure you're already aware but one of the few things I knew about Peggy was how much she was loved by your Mom and Dad (first and foremost) and next, my Mom and Dad and finally, by pretty much everyone else that ever met her. You know, when a name is spoken and it brings with it the light of genuine delight in a person's eyes; you know that person was truly special. That's what I remember about the name Peggy Durall. She was a gem and you are truly blessed to have had such an extraordinary person with whom you could spend your life! May God continue to Bless and comfort you, brother! Semper Fi! Dave Lehr
