Bluffs - Oscar Robert "O.R." Freesen III of Bluffs, Ill., passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Services will be announced soon. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Sending my love and lived in the family of OR up in prayer. I have great memories of him signing on as the leader for our local Boy Scout troop. I´m sure there´s many days we weren´t the easiest boys to work with.. Thanks for all of the opportunities you afforded us O.R.
