My Grandmother.

Words can not express the pain that we've had to bear in losing her. The joys somehow can't triumph over the sadness in losing someone that you hold so dear. She was there beside me, everyday as I would grow older. I only pray that somehow in her sickness, she was able to see and know how much she was truley loved by each of us. In losing her, I felt as if I'd lost my courage, my strength, and my wisdom. But, I've grown to learn ,that through her - it will live on. There is no a day that passes that I don't wish to see her again. Life will never be the same knowing that she's not right next door. I wish that I could go back in time, and spend every minute , of everyday telling her just how much I love her. I would never let her go.
But, sadly, I can't and I pray that she's found peace within her God that she knew and loved dearly. My Grandmother was a strong and wise woman - one that is missed so much by her family.

I would like to thank my Mother, Father, Aunt Loretta, Carolyn, Brenda and Uncle Nelson for all that they have done for her. They gave her comfort and took care of her as no one else could. Through their love, it was possible for her to be at home with her family, and pass in peace. I want them to know how much it means to have a family like them - strong and couragous. I love you all very much.

I loved her dearly and will miss her more than words can say, but I know that she's in a better place. I wasn't able to visit her like I wanted to but she was always in my thoughts..I will never forget her..
