Charles Perry Jones age 69, died Sunday, August 28, 2016.
Born in Lancaster, SC, he was a son of the late Charles and Irene Jones. He was a member of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church as well as a member of the Myrtle Beach Masonic Lodge and a member of the Scottish Rite in Charleston. Mr. Jones was a Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Steele Jones; three children, Jennifer Jones (Jonathan) Poore of Murrells Inlet, Bryan (Kendra) Jones of Murrells Inlet and C. Benjamin (Lacey) Jones of Zebulon, NC; three grandchildren, Isabella Brianne Jones, Austin David Jones, and Laney Rae Jones; and a sister, Fran (Dick) Wesner of Myrtle Beach.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Belin Memorial United Methodist Church, 4182 Hwy. 17 Bus., Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Belin Memorial United Methodist Church, Land Acquisition Fund, PO Box 528, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
