To ALL the family of my cousin, Hazel: Your mother, grandmother and all loving family members, I just want you to know that I spent many happy hours with Hazel when she lived in the Stilly Mill area. We rode bicycles until we nearly dropped, we played, we sang, we went to church together. I stayed 2 weeks each summer with Granddaddy Duncan and Mrs. Jennie several houses down from Aunt Blanchie's and Hazel's and we shared some happy times there. We grew up and I went away to college, married and came to Texas but I have never forgotten the happy times Hazel and I had together. I shared this with her at out reunions. I know you will miss her. She was special.
Love and sympathy. Bettie (Singleton) Bennett

To the children; Junior, Louise, Diane, Dorothy, and Tammy, I want to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your Mother.
She was my special friend, a very caring person, we spent many happy hours together, especially, the numerous chicken bogs Hazel cooked, we, Billy, myself and the kids, shared with Hazel, Ira and Tammy.
The best one can do in the journey of life is leave loving memories, and that she did in abundance. She was an exceptional person. I am glad to have known her and blessed to have had her as my friend.
May God keep, guide and console you with his love, as you grieve the great loss of your precious Mother.
She will always be in our hearts, her loving kindness will not be forgotten.
Sincerely,
Billy, Betty, Dee, & Scott
