Jack Heins Obituary
Mr. Heins was born in Wyandotte, Michigan, a son of the late Edward Albert and Betty Louise Heins. He was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam veteran, retiring after 22 years of service. He also retired from AVX with 17 years. Mr. Heins attended Garden City Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Natalie Rene Heins.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Barbara, of Surfside Beach; four sons, S. Keith Heins and wife, Lisa, of Chesapeake, Va., Wayne E. Heins and wife, Sharon, of Lugoff, S. Kevin Heins, and wife, Pam, of Myrtle Beach, and Warren E. Heins of Surfside Beach; six grandchildren, Marisa, Garrett, Matthew, Julie, Caroline, and Eric Heins; two sisters, Jean Marie Kucia of Wyandotte, Mich., and Sally Lou Oldham of Romlus, Mich.
Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2008 at the funeral home.
