James Hedman Obituary
Little River
James E. Hedman, 75, died Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Seacoast Medical Center.
Born on November 3, 1936 in Kane, PA, he was the son of the late Charles Lewis and Geneva Chilcott Hedman.
He was a graduate of California University of PA.
Mr. Hedman is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marguerite Schmid Hedman of Little River; two sons, Joseph E. Hedman (Janeal) of Warren, PA, James R. Hedman (Christine) of Cedarburg, WI; two daughters, Danette Hedman of Warren, PA, Jill Rusczcyk of Orchard Park, NY and five grandchildren, Jessica Stroup, James R. Hedman, Lindsey Rusczcyk, Michael Rusczcyk and Andrew Hedman.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Monday, January 9 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Helping Hand/North Strand, 2501 Long Bay Road, Longs, SC 29568 or the charity of one's choice.

Maggie -- Jim and I were in the same graduating class from Sheffield in 1954. I counted him one of my friends. Our class was a closely knit class and the loss of each one brings a sadness to my heart. God bless you and your family at this time. Marla (Beck) Starry. West Unity, OH
