James Raymond "Ray" Langley

James Raymond "Ray" Langley, 81, of Dewberry Drive, died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at his daughter's home following an illness.
Mr. Langley was born in the District of Columbia, a son of the late Francis Richard and Louisa Anderson Langley. He was a Veteran of the National Guard serving during the Korean Conflict. Before retiring to Conway 15 years ago, he was the owner and operator of The Little Ski Shops in Southern Maryland. He was an avid outdoorsman. Mr. Langley was preceded in death by a son, James Raymond Langley, Jr.; a sister, Mary Langley; and a brother-in-law, Rudolph W. Ragland.
Surviving are one daughter, Tara Langley Grinna and husband Rune of Myrtle Beach; two granddaughters, Amy Langley Andrews and Kirsti Janyne Grinna; one brother, Francis Emory Langley and wife Mary Agnes of St. Augustine, FL; two sisters, Jeannine Langley Ragland of Arlington, VA and Deloris Langley Ledlow and husband Ronald T. of Pooler, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.

Tara and all of Mr. Rays family so sorry to hear of his passing.He was such a fine person. Always enjoyed chatting and eating at J@J's. He was such a wonderful person and he always spoke about the love for his family. Please hold on to all the great memories. Really miss seeing him but he is no longer in pain. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
