Marvin Wayne Nance
Myrtle Beach, SC.
Marvin Wayne Nance, age 61, passed away, Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Nance was born in Conway, SC a son of the late Donnie Winston and Mamie Taylor Nance. Mr. Nance was pre-deceased by his wife: Cynthia Nance; brothers: Donnie W. Nance, Jr. and Joseph Leo Taylor. Marvin was an avid Clemson Tiger fan, having graduated with honors with Bachelors and Masters Degrees. He loved hosting family and friends for oyster roasts in his back yard around the "cement" table.
Surviving are two daughters: Emily Skipper and husband, Cody of Shallotte, NC and Peggy Morgan and husband, Greg of Hickory, NC; brother: Richard Nance of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sister: Mary Sue Fraley of Easley, SC. Grand-daughter: Emie Lou Skipper.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Myrtle Beach.

Got this news this morning. Marvin and I were childhood friends. We basically grew up together. I am so saddened by this loss. Marvin was always so kind to me. My prayers and condolences to family and friends.
