Ron was one of the first people that I met over 40 years ago when I moved to the beach when I asked my landlady where I should get my hair done. And Ron and I have remained friends up until the time he passed my most sincere and deepest sympathy and condolences go out to his family. Ron was very special to me and always will be. He will always have a special place in my heart and I will miss him terribly. I will miss the phone calls when he would call me hi Lady Di

John & I often enjoyed talking to Ron on our walks in the neighborhood. He liked seeing our dogs even though he was a cat lover. He was quite the character and always had interesting thoughts, history, stories and insight to share. We just learned of his death today and are very sorry he is gone. We will miss him. Our sympathies to his family.

Ron was a great friend to me since March 1983 when we met at his old shop next door to the Chinese restaurant(Bamboo Gardens?). He always went the extra mile for me and was a joy to know. He gave me the finest dog ever to come out of Aynor and enriched my whole family's life. He certainly left me with great memories and I hope he is at peace which he deserves.

So sad about the passing my good friend and neighbor Ron. We spent many evenings sitting under the shade of his carport and oak trees, exchanging stories. As the last living survivor of the Edge family in our community, it was always interesting to hear him talk about it's history. What I will miss most about Ron, was his always hip, 70's dress look. Bell bottom pants, bloused shirts, funky sunglasses, and beads were his normal everyday attire. He definitely chose to live life to the beat of a different drum. Sail on good friend!

Ron was our neighbor. We enjoyed talking with him while walking in the neighborhood. We would often see him sitting outside his home watching TV. We enjoyed visiting with him and listening to his stories. We are so sorry to learn of his death. Our condolences to his family.
