Daniel Tate Warren, 79 of Seminole, FL (formerly Streator, IL), passed away peacefully on May 22, 2024. Dan, known by his many friends as "Warty" is survived by his wife of 17 years, Helen Warren; his son Dan (wife - Laura) Warren and daughter Christina (Warren) Pavlich; his grandchildren Kelsey Warren, Hayden Warren, Anastasia "Ana" Pavlich, and Alexandrea "Ally" Pavlich; siblings Wendy (Warren) Biba and Judy (Warren) Simpson; and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Dorothy (Warren) Thompson. Dan was born in Streator, IL on April 8, 1945 to Ray and Dorothy (Warren) Thompson. He loved his family and friends near and far. He could often be found having a cold one, watching sports, and loved to dance. He enjoyed hanging with his many friends, walking, and spending time on the beach.
A Celebration of Life will be held on July 14, 2024 at Legacy Sports Bar and Grill, 402 Main St., Streator, IL from 12:00 - 4:00 pm. Come for a bite to eat and a beverage and share a story or two.
