Died: June 5, 2023 in Ottawa, IL
Eric Clements, 42, of Ottawa, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 at his home.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa with Rev. Duane Kaufman, officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Eric was born on February 25, 1981 in Ottawa to Steven Clements and Peggy (Wright) Partridge.
He is survived by two sisters, Kristy Clements of Streator and Kaiti Partridge of Ottawa; his grandmother, Gertrude Allen of Ottawa; his step-father, Terry Partridge of Ottawa; two step-siblings, Danielle Partridge and Jamie Partridge both of Dixon; three nieces; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steven and Peggy.
