Karen L. Bandura, 59, of Streator passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 at her residence in Streator.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.
Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Streator. Pallbearers will be her son, Jacob Bandura; son in law, Brad Morath; brother, Michael Finnegan; and nephews, Eric Barton, Jeff Bandura and Mike Greenwood.
Born March 23, 1962 in Streator she was the daughter of Thomas and Diane (Harcharik) Finnegan. She married David Bandura on November 19, 1988.
She is survived by her husband, David Bandura of Streator; a daughter, Jessica (Brad) Morath of Coal Valley; a son, Jacob (Morgan DeVorah) Bandura of Urbana; a grandson, Logan Morath; sisters, Julie (Bob) DeWig of Ottawa, Lori Barton of Streator and Janet (Tim) McCoy of Streator; a brother, Michael (Andrea) Finnegan of Ottawa; several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother in law, Jeff Barton.
Born and raised in Streator she attended Sherman Grade School and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 1980.
She worked as a Pharmacy Tech at Streator Drugs for many years.
She was a member of the former St. Anthony Church and currently belonged to St. Michael the Archangel Church.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.

I am so sorry for your loss. The whole family is in my prayers. I remember the Finnegan and Urbance families living on Watson Street. A lot of fun memories. RIP Karen
