Died: May 3, 2024 in Fenton, MO
Mary Beth (Paton) Picker, 84 of Fenton, MO passed away Friday, May 3, 2024 in Fenton, MO.
Her funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator, with Pastor Caleb Suydam officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Streator. Pallbearers will be David Roberts, Dan Reback, Jason Roberts, Tyler Reback, Jackson Reback, and Neil Reinhardt. A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 PM Thursday prior to services at the funeral home.
Mary Beth was born September 16, 1939 in Streator, a daughter of George and Alice (Daugherity) Paton. She married Robert Picker on December 7, 1961. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Susan (David) Roberts of Oakville, MO and Amelia (Daniel) Reback of Highlands Ranch, CO; four grandchildren, Jason and Lauren Roberts and Tyler and Jackson Reback; and two sisters, Nancy (Pat) Reinhardt and Graceanne (William) Craig.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mary Beth attended the Streator schools and graduated from Streator High School. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University St. Louis in 1962.
She was a member of the Pi Beta Phi – Missouri Beta Chapter; Daughters of the American Revolution, Olde Fenton Chapter; American Women's Club in Dusseldorf Germany; and Walnut Creek Area Neighbors and Newcomers Club in California.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. I was just thinking of Mary Beth the other day as I always got a chatty letter in her Christmas card. Going back over the cards I realized hers was missing. I am so sorry for your loss of your lifetime partner and for the family losing a wonderful mom and grandma.
