Patricia Ann Reneer, 66, of Streator passed away on May 12, 2024. She was born on April 4, 1958. Patricia, known to her loved ones as Patty, was a dedicated individual who found joy in reading, playing poker, and fishing. She especially cherished family gatherings and trips to Kentucky visiting Family and Wisconsin Dells with her niece, nephews, and cousins.
Patricia worked tirelessly at IVCC Community College as the head of the Records Department for over 30 years before retiring in 2010. She is survived by Sisters Linda (Randy) Hollister and Vicky (Robert) Seroka, and a loving aunt to Amanda, Caylin, Stephanie, Ashley, Selby, Justin, and Bobby. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Charles Henry Reneer, Mother Edith Marie Griffith Reneer, and brothers, John and Charles Jr. Patty Attended Wenona School and Graduating at Woodland High School Class of '76, Patricia furthered her education at IVCC, earning several degrees. She was a kind soul always ready to support her family and friends in any way she could.
A private Celebration of Life was held by her family in her honor. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Patricia Reneer.
