I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron at the Missouri Department of Agriculture, and I'll never forget his positive energy and great sense of humor. He was such a wonderful person to have on the team, and I was so happy for him when he started his new career at Chewy. I'm thinking of you all and sending my deepest sympathies.

Aaron was a wonderful coworker and friend. When I joined Chewy three years ago, he was one of the first people I met. From our very first Zoom meeting conversation, he made me feel welcome-we quickly bonded over our connection to Missouri, our shared Animal Science background, and a love of baking.
Aaron was kind, smart, and always willing to help. I remember asking him for one tip for success as a new hire, and I wrote down his response: "Always come to Regulatory first-we will find an answer!" That perfectly captured his supportive spirit.
He is deeply missed. Please accept my heartfelt condolences as you navigate this unimaginable loss. My thoughts are with you.

I didn't work closely with Aaron, but the times that I interacted with him at work were always joyous and filled with humor. He was the type of person who would bake cookies to share and confidently state that they are, in fact, the best cookies you will ever taste. He was the type of person who would throw a sarcastic look or comment your way at just the right moment to make you laugh out loud. He once told me a story so terrible and funny that it brought tears to my eyes. I will miss his bright life and spirit in the world. My thoughts are with his friends and family at this time. I hope it brings peace to know the positive impact he had during his life.
