Aaron Kipling Shears

Aaron Kipling Shears, 22, of Evansville, IN, died Friday, May 13, 2016, at Deaconess Hospital. He was born in Jacksonville, FL, and graduated from Daviess County High School where he was a track star. Aaron loved music and was an aspiring rapper, he had an outgoing personality, and loved spending time outdoors. However, his greatest love and joy was being a father to his son Drake. Aaron left an impression on so many people and his parents will miss his comical personality and his sincere and thoughtful heart. Aaron was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Margaret Oost and Mary Shears. Survivors include his mother, Andrea Oost Damron; father and step-mother, Kip and Amanda Shears; son, Drake Shears; sister, Alexis Shears; brothers, Justin Shears and Austin Damron; grandparents, Allen Oost, Larry Craddock and Stan and Diana Fuqua; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A visitation for Aaron will begin held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
