Aaron Solze Obituary
Aaron was a graduate of Garden City Senior High School, class of 1995, and furthered his education at Garden City Community College. Aaron dedicated over two decades of service to the Finney County Sheriff's Office as a Jail Deputy. He was an excellent cook, known for preparing many memorable meals for his family. He enjoyed hunting, playing UNO, and giving family members quirky nicknames. Aaron was also an avid fan of Marvel comics, but his passion for Star Wars eclipsed all else. Those who knew Aaron will remember his quiet, thoughtful approach to life.
He was a devoted father to his children, Leah and Devin Solze. Aaron's nurturing spirit extended to his beloved dog daughter, Luna, who was a cherished companion. He is also survived by his mother, Wilma Kay Solze; siblings, Terri L. and James Hahn, Eric L. and Judy Solze, Jackie L. and Tim Joyce, and Becky L. Sandoval and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Lee Solze.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm Monday September 30, 2024 at Garnand Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Ensz officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery. The family suggests memorials the Aaron L. Solze Memorial Fund in Care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N 7th Street, Garden City KS 67846. 620-276-3219
