Lo sobrevive su amorosa familia, que incluye a su esposa, Carolina DeLeon; su hijo, Jose Rolando DeLeon y su hija, Mayra Rendon, su nuera, Sanjuana DeLeon; su yerno, Ray Rendon; y sus nietos, Miranda, Teresa y Jose Rolando Jr.
El velorio se llevará a cabo el martes 3 de febrero de 2026, de 2:00 pm a 11:00 pm en la Funeraria Morales, 611 Little York Road Houston, Texas 77076. El rezo del Rosario comenzando a las 8:00 pm.
El servicio fúnebre se llevará a cabo el miércoles 4 de febrero de 2026, a las 10:00 am en la Funeraria Morales.
El sepelio se realizará a continuación en el Cementerio Santa Teresa.
