Adam Wayne Condit

Adam Wayne Condit passed away on March 15, 2026 in Wichita, Kansas. He was born December 28, 1996, in Wellington, Kansas. He later made his home in Halstead and worked as a pipeline welder, a job he took pride in and truly enjoyed. Adam was known for his loyalty, compassion, dedication, and the way he showed up for the people he cared about.

He loved spending time outdoors-camping, fishing, and playing sports, especially baseball and football. Adam also enjoyed shooting and being out in the country. Some of his favorite moments were the simple ones, like playing games of catch with his nephew, Lennon, every chance he could get. He shared a special bond with his dog, Mya, who was always close by. Adam was ornery by nature, something his family remembers fondly. He will be deeply missed by everyone who loved him.

Adam is survived by his parents, Laura (Nathan) Anderson, and Randy Condit; his siblings, Tia Meridith, Kalin (Stormy) Meridith, and Ashtyn (Scott) Wells; nephew, Lennon SanMiguel; uncles and aunts, Sterling (Stephanie) Condit, Lisa (Bill Wolf) Meridith, and Brian Meridith; cousins, Brendan Auzat, Jenna (Mason) Pugh, Dray (Keelie) Meridith, Brittin Downing, and Elizabeth Meridith; and his beloved dog, Mya.

Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Sandy Meridith and Cleland and Barbara Condit.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Cornejo Funeral Home & Crematory located at 1030 Mission Road, Wellington, Kansas 67152. Interment will follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens in Wellington, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. Donations may be mailed or called into the funeral home during normal business hours.
