East Palestine - Adam Timothy Leaf, age 23, of East Palestine, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025, in East Palestine.
Adam was born on July 24, 2002, in Beaver, PA, son of Edward Leaf and Julie Munyon Richeal.
Adam worked at The Boardwalk (Sal’s) and was a member of Church of the Nazarene, East Palestine. He enjoyed fishing and skateboarding and was a friend to all who knew him.
Adam is survived by his parents, Julie (Keith) Richeal and Edward (Laureene Allison) Leaf, all of East Palestine; his brother, Gage Bush of Boardman; his grandmothers, Evelyn Munyon of East Palestine and Jane Leaf of Darlington, PA; two uncles, Timothy (Jacqueline) Leaf and Stephen (Casey) Leaf; an aunt, Brenda (Kristy) Munyon; many cousins; and his favorite companion, his dog, Zero.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Arthur Larry Munyon and Donald Eugene Leaf and his cousin and best friend, Ethan Ferguson.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm -8:00 pm at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine, with Pastor Pam Price officiating.
Burial will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford.
