Adam was born on May 20, 1992 and passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017. Adam was a resident of Bridgeport, Connecticut at the time of passing. Adam attended John Winthrop Elementary School in Bridgeport, Notre Dame Catholic High School in Fairfield and Central High School in Bridgeport. Calling hours will take place on Thursday October 12, 2017 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Commerce Hill Funeral Home, 4798 Main St., Bridgeport. In abiding with the family's wishes, interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the substance abuse charity of your choice.
