Adam Hasiuk Obituary

Adam Michael "Mike" Hasiuk, 98, of Morton, PA, and recently New Hamburg, NY, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023, in his home surrounded by family. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late George and the late Mary (Dubek) Hasiuk. Predeceased by his loving wife Florence Hasiuk, baby daughter Karen, brothers: Walt, Joe, Tom, Lee and Andy Hasiuk, and sister: Adele Hamm. Survived by daughter Florence Joan Freeman, grandchildren: Jill, Annie and Abby. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Avenue, Morton, PA 19070 followed by mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation.
