Adan Rodriguez Licon Adan R Licon, a husband, a father, a grandfather, a brother, passed away on December 1, 2024, in Lubbock TX. Surrounded by his family at the age of 72.
Adan was born on August 24, 1952, in Artesia NM to Marcus and Celestina Licon. Adan currently lived in Carlsbad NM with his spouse Elia Hernandez, who he spent his last 12 years with. Adan had a free spirit and was loved by anyone he met. He had 5 children and many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his parents and 2 siblings who he has joined in heaven. He has 13 surviving siblings. His laughter will live forever in our hearts, and in all the wonderful memories he left behind.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at West Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. On Thursday, December 5, 2024, a rosary will be recited at 9:30 am, followed by a celebration of a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Edwards Catholic Church, burial to follow at Carlsbad Cemetery (New Section)
