Adele Bugler Obituary
Adele served 20 years active duty and 10 years retired reserve in the United States Navy. She served during the Vietnam and Persian Gulf Wars. She earned 2 National Defense Service Medals, 3 National Achievement Medals, Forth Good Conduct Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal and.45 Caliber Pistol Markman Ribbon. After serving her country, Adele enjoyed another 20 years working for QVC.
After her second retirement Adele enjoyed her days relaxing in her home watching her grandchildren and great granddaughter flourish. Adele was an inspiration to many throughout her life. She was always referred to as being "Strong as an ox" and "She never lets anything get in her way." Adele always had an open door for anyone or anything, whether you walked on 2 or 4 legs. Her strength was and will always be a source of courage for all who loved her.
She is survived by her three daughters, Kathrine Tunnell, Jennifer Friday and Michelle Friday.
The family will honor her with a private service at her home in Chesapeake.

I am so sorry for the loss of Adele. We were good friends at the Q and she gave me two of her hand crocheted throws as a retirement gift. I recently rode thru her neighborhood hoping to spot her green truck so I could pay her a visit.
