Adele Urowsky Obituary
Born in Newark, she resided there and East Brunswick before settling in Monroe Township 34 years ago.
Adele dedicated her life to raising her children, loving her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and doing volunteer work. For many years she co-owned Adele and Bunny Catering, sharing her tasty and generous cooking skills with customers as well as family and friends.
She was a member of the East Brunswick Jewish Center (Sisterhood President), B'nai B'rith (Maimonides Chapter President), Hadassah (founding member Monroe Township chapter), ORT, and Founding President of the Robert Frost Elementary School PTA.
She was predeceased by her husband, Herman, in 2015 and her brother, Al Levine.
Surviving are her children, Donna Emerson and her husband, Geoff, of Charlotte, NC, Marc and his wife, Sheri, of Martinsville, Steven and his girlfriend, Jean, of Tinton Falls, Robert and his fiancée, Momoko, of San Francisco, CA; five grandchildren, Craig (Aparna), Ian, Danielle (Gretchen), Lucy, and Mike, and four great-grandchildren, Maya, Hayden, Jyoti and Austin.
