Adrián Pérez Ochoa, de 45 años, Oaxaca, México, falleció el domingo 28 de diciembre de 2025.

Nació el 29 de diciembre de 1979 en Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro, México, hijo de Carmelo Pérez y Carolina Ochoa.

Adrián fue el orgulloso propietario de Adrian's Tacos, negocio a través del cual brindó servicio en numerosos eventos, compartiendo con la comunidad los auténticos sabores de México. Asimismo, trabajó durante 15 años en Bishop Construction, donde fue reconocido por su dedicación y responsabilidad.

Fue miembro activo de Latinos Connect y de la Cámara de Comercio de St. Joseph, destacándose por su compromiso, liderazgo y vocación de servicio a la comunidad.

Amaba profundamente la vida de rancho en México, sus caballos, y era ampliamente reconocido por sus característicos sombreros, reflejo de su espíritu alegre y auténtico. Disfrutaba cocinar y compartir la mesa rodeado de personas, creando momentos de unión, convivencia y amistad.

Por encima de todo, Adrián amaba intensamente a su familia, especialmente a sus hijos. Cada domingo, sin falta, después de misa, los llamaba para saber de ellos, demostrando su amor incondicional, su fe y su constante preocupación por su bienestar. Adrián era un hombre que no sabía decir que no: siempre dispuesto a ayudar, incansable, inteligente y generoso, con un corazón enorme. Fue un pilar y apoyo para muchas personas, siempre presente cuando alguien lo necesitaba.

Adrián fue un esposo devoto, un hijo amoroso, un amigo leal y un ser humano excepcional. Siempre estuvo al pendiente de sus seres queridos y amigos, dejando una huella imborrable en todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo. Su legado de amor, servicio, fe y amistad vivirá por siempre en nuestros corazones.

Le precede en la muerte su padre, Carmelo Pérez.

Le sobreviven su esposa, Sandra Mata García; sus hijos, Valentín y Abraham Pérez Mata; su madre, Carolina Ochoa; su hermana, Claudia Pérez Ochoa; su abuelo, Marion Clements; sus amigos cercanos Avelardo Vargas y Fernando Luján Hernández; así como familia extendida y numerosos amigos.

Adrián Pérez Ochoa, 45, Oaxaca, Mexico, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025.

He was born on December 29, 1979, in Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro, Mexico, the son of Carmelo Pérez and Carolina Ochoa.

Adrián was the proud owner of Adrian's Tacos, through which he provided catering services for numerous events, sharing the authentic flavors of Mexico with the community. He also worked for Bishop Construction for 15 years, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic.

He was an active member of Latinos Connect and the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, where he distinguished himself through his commitment, leadership, and service to the community.

Adrián deeply loved ranch life in Mexico, his horses, and was widely recognized for his distinctive "sombreros", which reflected his joyful and authentic spirit. He enjoyed cooking and gathering people around the table, creating moments of unity, fellowship, and friendship.

Above all, Adrián cherished his family, especially his children. Every Sunday, without exception, after Mass he would call them to check on them, demonstrating his unconditional love, faith, and constant concern for their well-being. Adrián was a man who never knew how to say no-always willing to help, tireless, intelligent, and generous, with an enormous heart. He was a pillar of strength and support for many, always present when someone was in need.

Adrián was a devoted husband, a loving son, a loyal friend, and an exceptional human being. He remained attentive to his loved ones and friends, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, service, faith, and friendship will live on forever in our hearts.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carmelo Pérez.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Mata García; his sons, Valentín and Abraham Pérez Mata; his mother, Carolina Ochoa; his sister, Claudia Pérez Ochoa; his grandfather, Marion Clements; close friends Avelardo Vargas and Fernando Luján Hernández; extended family; and numerous friends.
