Agnes Annette Burns, 57 of Woodbury, GA died Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at her home.
Agnes Annette Burns was born on September 18, 1968, the daughter of Nelson and Emma Allen. In addition to being a devoted wife, loving homemaker and mother to her two children, she was a bookkeeper for several small businesses including Smitty's Café in Woodbury and her husband Jason's construction service. She had attended Bethlehem Baptist in Pine Mountain Valley and Mountain View in Thomaston. Serving others brought her much joy which she often did through her love of cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Debra Kay Allen and brother George Allen.
Annette is survived by her devoted and loving husband Jason Burns, son Lane Matthew Burns and daughter Olivia Faith Burns all of Woodbury, GA, her siblings, Nelson Lee Allen of Mt. Olive, NC, Gail (Kenny) Cheek of Yorktown, VA, David Allen of Gloucester, VA, Mary (Steven) Batts of Pleasant Garden, NC, John (Scherry) Allen of Fayetteville, NC and her special in-laws Pete and Joyce Burns of Woodbury, GA, many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
