Agnes M. Keller

Agnes Marie Keller, 83, of Sycamore, Ill., passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born April 12, 1942, in DeKalb, the daughter of Herman and Margaret (Howe) Wennemar, Agnes married William C. Keller on Jan. 28, 1961, in Wasco. Agnes was a machine operator at General Electric from 1968 to 2003.

Agnes enjoyed spending time with grandchildren, collecting and shopping at craft shows, and spending time on Facebook and watching the Hallmark channel.

Agnes is survived by her children, William Keller Jr., Daniel (Jessica Snyder) Keller, Tammy (Ted) Skelton, and Teresa (Dave) Dean; grandchildren, Doug (Sarah) Dean of Anthem, Ariz., Megan (Katie) Dean of Elburn, Heather (Jeremy) Hamm of Platteville, Wis., Tiphaney Dean of Palatine, Michael (Audrey Shipley) Dean of Sycamore, Tim (Hannah Schroeder) Skelton of Harvard, Edgar Keller and Eivin Keller, both of Sycamore; step-grandchildren, Devona, Lakrisha, and Marco; great-grandchildren, Haleigh, Abby, Savannah, Grayson, Marissah, Lincoln, Opal, and Iris; sisters-in-law, Angela and Martha; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, William C. Keller Sr., on Feb. 7, 2011; daughter, Shari J. Keller; parents; and brothers, Carl, James, Alvin (Lynn) Wennemar.

Per Agnes's wishes, no services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family for a fund to be established.

The family thanks Dr. Thakkar, and the staff at Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care of Agnes. The family also extends special thanks to family friend, Christine Nalley and Misty Larson, her niece.
