Funeral Mass for Agnes Kelly, 99, of Dickinson, will be 9:30 am MT, Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Richardton. Burial will follow in the Abbey Cemetery.

Visitation for Agnes will take place Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Rosary and Vigil taking place at 6:00 pm MT.
Agnes passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at St. Lukes Nursing Home in Dickinson.

Agnes Volk was born January 27, 1926 to Walter and Elizabeth (Merck) Volk at Rugby, ND. She attended country school, graduating from high school at Mount Saint Benedict Academy at Crookston, MN. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Vitter College in La Crosse, WI. Agnes taught in grade schools staffed by Benedictine Sisters in MN, TX and ND. Agnes married Jerry Kelly at Little Flower Church in Rugby, ND on September 6, 1980. Together they made their home in Richardton, ND and in 1994, they moved to Subiaco Manor in Dickinson, ND. After retiring, she continued to support Catholic Education by volunteering her time and talents. She also volunteered her time through the RSVP program for Community Volunteer projects. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the America's, member of Legion of Mary, an associate at Sacred Heart Monastery in Richardton, ND, a hospice volunteer and she visited the area resident's in the nursing homes. Agnes was very active in the local Catholic Churches. Agnes moved into Evergreen in 2016.

Agnes is survived by her two sisters, Theresa Paul, Rugby, ND and Janice Schmidt, San Jacinto, CA; brothers, Virgil Volk, Tigard, OR and LeRoy Volk, Hemet, CA; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents, Walter and Elizabeth; husband, Jerry; sisters, Marie Hertz, Elizabeth Busch Thompson and infant sister, Regina; brothers, Edward, Herman, Jerome, Lawrence, and Casper Volk.

Memorial may be made to a charity of your choice.
