Your Mom was a hoot. The night Carol and I first met, at a Polka dance at the Turner Hall in Columbia, IL, she and the rest of us all wound up going to Denny's on South Lindbergh at 1:30 in the am. From there, she insisted that we come over to her house. We complied whereupon we wound up overseeing a big argument about who was going to get some fish, at 3:00 am. Your mom was a wonderful person. I remember how much she loved to dance at weddings. I always enjoyed talking with her when we were together. She will be missed.
