Agustín Garibay Quintero, de 85 años, nació el 10 de octubre de 1940 en la Ciudad de México y entró en su descanso eterno el 16 de noviembre de 2025 en Houston, Texas.Agustín fue un esposo, padre, hermano, abuelo, bisabuelo y tatarabuelo muy querido y profundamente admirado.
Le sobreviven su amada esposa por 65 años, Irma Cardoza de Garibay; sus hijos Agustín Garibay Cardoza, Eduardo Garibay Cardoza e Ignacio Garibay Cardoza; sus hijas María Magdalena Garibay Cardoza, Angelina Garibay Cardoza y Rebeca Maldonado; así como su hermana Oralia Garibay. También le sobreviven 22 nietos, 25 bisnietos y 4 tataranietos.
Agustín será profundamente extrañado por todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de compartir momentos y recuerdos inolvidables a su lado.
