I lost my mom and started watching NDE (near death experience) videos which helps a lot. Especially Tony Cicoria and Nancy Rynes. He is a surgeon and she has a background in science and is a former atheist. Very comforting and convincing. Hope this helps you feel better soon. They changed my life.
