I am saddened to hear of the passing my beloved colleague and friend. Though her time here was cut too short, her contribution to our Special education community of PS 46 will be felt for years to come.
I had the profound privilege of of working alongside Miss Martinez for many years and her quiet presence. was a constant source of comfort and strength to every student she served
Her legacy is not written on a chalkboard, but in the hearts of countless students whose life she touched. She taught us all that patience is the highest form of love.

I am still trying to process the fact that I won´t get to see you and work with you anymore. This is a big blow for everyone you left behind. I send love and prayers to your family on this devastating loss. May you forever rest in peace
