I'm saddened for you Michelle, and for the family of Al also. He brought joy, and laughter to many of us in our journey through life. He will always be remembered.

When I was growing up, my dad was a subscriber to Mad magazine. We both got such a kick out of it, and absolutely loved it. Thank you, Mr. Feldstein for providing hours of entertainment and laughter to me and my dad. RIP - you will be missed.

May I express my deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear husband. Please know that the God of all comfort will give you the courage and strength to cope. So pour out your feelings to the God who promises to comfort your heart.

It's unfortunate that today his family members and close friends has to face with the loss of Mr. Al Feldstein. His sense of humor and talented ideas for the magazine contributed greatly. Hopefully, the family can find comfort in knowing that his memories rest in God's hands until our Lord bring him back to life and join his loved ones, once again. SO SORRY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR LOVED ONE.MAY THE LOVE OF GOD BE WITH YOU.....

Mr. Feldstein was an important behind-the-scenes force in putting together the monthly issues of the influential Mad magazine during the 1960's and 1970's. Seldom has commercial comedy been laced with such substantial subtext. Mad magazine at its best had a genuine soul, deflating hypocrisy and pointing out injustice while cloaked in the guise of adroit satire. Unfortunately, many that Mad influenced have proven to be just out for laughs and wanted merely to get rich.

Through his writings, Mr. Feldstein brought joy to our lives and made us laugh. For that, we are forever indebted to him. I am hoping that as you remember him in the days to come, you too can feel some joy in your hearts and that your hearts will be uplifted as you look forward to a time when sickness and death will be no more; a time when people everywhere will have reason to be joyful throughout eternity.

Please except my deep condolences. Death of a love one is the hardest thing we can go through, because we are never prepared for it so I hope you find some comfort in knowing sickness, pain and death will one day be no more for this has been promised to us.

I still have all the old magazines. And they still stand the test of time. The 3 biggest influences on my sense of humor was parochial school,the Marx Brothers,and Mad magazine... Thanks again for all the laughs!!! Take a bow,job well done.....

Your magazine kept me smiling and sane throughout my teen years in the 1960's. I couldn't wait to buy each month's copy at our local drugstore! Thank you, thank you for the morality and courage of MAD. Condolences to your family, friends, colleagues and admirers.

Thanks Al for all the nuttiness. I have been warped for over 60 years because of your great take on life.I take in all I see and hear with a boulder of salt. Hope to see more of your work in the''Mad'' hereafter.

Thanks for showing a generation just who that person standing behind the curtain was. You and "The Usual Gang of Idiots" helped us see through the phoniness our teachers and leaders tried to force feed us.
