Alan, we sure miss you. You were an amazing young man. You were a loyal friend. Bryan’s kids will know who you are and how much you meant to all of us. We will see you again. We all love you.

Not a day goes by that I don’t lovingly think of Alan. He meant so much to me and my family. Loved him as if he was my son. See you one day in Heaven.

You will forever live on in the hearts and memories of so many whom you left behind.

So deeply sorry for your loss.
Alan inspired so many people with his smile and humor.
He was so blessed to have been loved by so many.

Brandon and Caleb, I found out about Alan Monday, Nov. 9. Your father did let me know that he was in the hospital, but failed to let me know when he passed. Alan was one in a million and I know you know that. I am so sorry. Please tell your mother that I have been praying for each of you and for the entire family, specifically for strength and comfort. I can't remember a time that I ever heard Alan complain about his health. He was an inspiration to all who met him. I am thinking about you all and you are in my heart and prayers.

Alan I will always hold you within my heart , I will miss everything about you as your mother I feel no greater loss then that of a child , We know the struggles and heartache the long talks that were beautiful and most times funny because of your wit. I met Alan thru Pam years ago when I moved to Del Rio. He welcomed me and quickly took me in as close friend. Alan became such a force in my life. When life had a huge toll on me, Alan stepped in and saved my life. I'll always love him and be grateful for every moment that I had the honor of spending in his presence over the years. God had a great day, the day He created Alan. Such a huge positive impact he made in this world and on all of us in his short life. Words aren't enough to express my condolences to Brandon and Caleb and his parents. I know how hard it must be. Though many of us are struggling hard with the loss of such an angel on Earth, I have comfort knowing that his struggles are over and he lived life gracefully in the face of great adversity. Alan was one of the few people in my life who truly knew first hand what it is like to be born w a disability and how to overcome and live life fully in spite of a hard delt hand in life.
I love you Alan, I'm forever grateful and honored to have known you and have you in my life.

My condolences to the entire family. I went to high school with Alan and he always had a smile on his face and was a straight shooter. He loved to make people laugh and smile. God took a great person may he rest in peace .
