My condolences to the family. My husband has known this family most of his life. My youngest son is friends with Mr. Larkee's grandchildren. He was a kind and caring man. He will be missed.

Alan was an amazing man. He told me when TipTop Shows were in there winter headquarters, he would design, and build the semis that transported the rides from one destination to another. And he taught me me that a carnival didn't take all the city's money. When new tires were needed for the semis, TipTop Shows paid their bill. Al will be missed.

Mr. Larkee, one of nicest carnival owners I have ever met.
When,"Tip Top Shows,"
played at the Mississippi-Alabama Fair at Meridian, Mississippi he was most helpful in helping me with information and photos, for,"Carnival Midway Magazine." a real gentleman.
May he Rest in peace.
