Alan Frederick Reichenbach

Alan Frederick Reichenbach, Born March 18th of the year 1994; Son, brother, cousin, friend, teacher; Was discovered January 19th in his home fighting against influenza which he stoically lost the battle to.

His spirit soul and heart extended beyond the distant galaxies and stars yet he was as reliable and punctual a man as any ever was. From snowboarding Americas most prominent peaks, to exploring the coral reefs of the Pacific Ocean, or watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, and back home to see the sun rise over the Detroit city skyline. He rejoiced in culture. He was the strong silent type but when he spoke you knew his mind was never dormant. As if he was always imagining different worlds and the enigmatic tone of his imagination. If animals can sense the true intentions of a humans soul then there must've been something something magnetic about his because any one who ever knew his gentle spirit could see how he lived in harmony with all creatures in the world and the way he empathized with pets of all kinds kept them in a constant orbit around him, if he came into your home you were sure to witness this anomaly with whatever furry friends you may have as well.

He was as strong as a diamond and simultaneously as fragile as glass. Let this loss to the world remind us to ask whoever may be closest to us for help in sickness, and to never hesitate to reach out if you are in need. And to those who dedicate their lives to, in some way, help those in need, on behalf of him and his family, thank you.

Preceded in Death by his Mother Wendy Reichenbach (Williams) and his Grandparents Robert and Barbara Reichenbach, Virginia Williams, Richard Williams (Nancy), Uncles Richard Williams, and Eric Williams.

May he find eternal peace in the arms of his mother, both sets of grandparents and come to know his ancestors he never had the grace of knowing.

Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1 PM. Friends may visit Friday from 11 AM until time of service. Memorials to the Michigan Humane Society appreciated.
