Alan Robins

Alan Lee Robins Dodge City-Alan Lee Robins, 61, died November 12, 2022 in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on May 5, 1961 in Dodge City, Kansas the son of Don and Karon (Melia) Robins. Alan worked as a parts manufacturer for Curtis Machine Co. Inc. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and KU basketball fan. He also loved a good barbeque at home with family. Alan is survived by his parents, Don and Karon Robins of Dodge City, KS; his wife, Judith Ibarra Robins of Dodge City, KS; two sisters, Jil Rodriguez of Dodge City, KS and Niki Waldron (Chris) of Vallejo, CA; children, Tim Robins of Lincoln, NE, Ashley Lewis (Rusty) of Ellis, KS, and Heath Robins of Ellis, KS; and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a brother, Wesley Robins and a sister, Kenda Robins. Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home on Saturday November 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kirk Larson presiding. Burial will be at 2:30 PM at Ford Cemetery, Ford, Kansas. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
