My sincere sympathy on your loss of Alan. I so enjoyed getting to know him over the years I met with him to discuss diet changes. I know his loss will be difficult for your family and I will be praying for all of you. He was a very sweet young man that always seemed to make the best of a hard situation. I admired him.

Our thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family in this time and sorrow. I know how had it is to loose someone. In 2003 I lost my Mom in 2009 I lost Bobby my little brother. That really hurt me and my Daughter alot. Like I told my Daughter the best way to remember the person in all the good times that you shared with them . I'am not saying that it don't hurt a lot when some dies because it dose.Take care .
