Albert J. Belz Jr.

So sorry to learn of Albert's passing. He was one of the good guys I got to know during our time at Winthrop High School (WHS) that now seems so long ago. But, I still remember how happy he and Betty Farrington were during the time they started dating, and long afterwards when they married. Two wonderful people I was so glad I got to know. Hopefully, they are now together again in Heaven. I believe they are!

My deepest sympathies go out to Al's younger brother Tommy. He is a good friend and so much fun to be around since our days at WHS. We were all lucky that most of those who attended WHS became friends whether they were in our class, ahead or behind us in school. An advantage of being a relatively small high school at that time.
