Albert Newell Blackburn

Albert passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018. Albert was a resident of Snellville, Georgia at the time of passing. He was a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School in 1952, Alexandria, VA and continued his education at V.P.I (Virginia Tech) where he graduated in 1957 as proud member of the military Corp of Cadets where he played the trumpet in their Highty Tighties Band. He requested that in lieu of a Funeral, his ashes be spread, along with those of his loving wife Kaye in hope of spending eternity together in heaven on a beautiful sandy beach near the ocean they both loved.
