Albert L. Bonar, 88, of Crestview Hills, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Hospice of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood, Kentucky.
Al was born on December 24, 1936, in Erlanger, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Lula Edna (Tanner) Bonar. He was a retired Barber, and he served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Sam Bonar and Thomas Bonar.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Pat Dye; daughters, Kelly (Rich) Byrd and Kathy (Katie) Evans; son, Kevin (Yu) Bonar; and four grandchildren, Zachary (Cassadi) Byrd, Sarah Byrd, Lucas Evans and Clark Evans.
Visitation is 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger. Funeral services to immediately follow at 1:00 pm with the Reverend David Foley, officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
