Albert J. Costales

I just learned of Albert´s death. We met in Costa Rica in about 1981 when we worked for the Inter American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture where he was Director of Personnel. We became close friends and both of us met our wives there. We stayed in touch after leaving Costa Rica and over the last forty years went on many hunting trips and festivals together. He was a good person, and in life and in work was always considerate of the less fortunate. My belated but sincere condolences go to Mayela and Gino. Henry Jova

Mr C will be greatly missed! My prayers go out to his family. I know there is no words that I can say to his family. I pray that God wraps his arms around his family and give them comfort in their family. I remember his favorite song I won't back down by Steve Miller band. He was nit just my lawyer but a friend
