Albert F. D’Arcangelo, “Darky”, 87 passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by his family at All American Assisted Living in Kingston NH.
Albert was the son of the late Costante and Lena (Pulzetti) Morigi. Graduate of Haverhill Trade School and Navy veteran. He worked at Western Electric / AT&T for thirty-nine years.
Born in Haverhill MA, Albert lived a life defined by his unwavering commitment to his family and his strong work ethic. He lived by a simple but powerful code: be honest, take responsibility, and own the consequences of your actions, a blueprint for character he passed down to every generation of his family. During his retirement years, he cherished the time spent helping raise his grandchildren. When he wasn't with family, he could often be found enjoying a round of golf, bowling or puttering in the yard.
Albert is survived by his loving wife, of sixty-three years, Carlene (LeBlanc) D’Arcangelo, three children, Brian D’Arcangelo and his wife, Kelley of MA, Mark D’Arcangelo and his wife, Sherri of CA, and Lisa LaPlante and her husband, Kevin of VT, sister, Juliette Tardiff of NH. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Rachel Moreno and her husband, Guillermo, Matthew D’Arcangelo and his wife, Katy, Noah D’Arcangelo, Kiarra D’Arcangelo, Kaedan D’Arcangelo, great grandchild, Henry Moreno, one niece and two nephews.
He will be missed deeply and forever remembered.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at All American Assisted Living and Brookhaven Hospice for the compassionate care and support they provided to Albert.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend services at St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, 8 Atkinson Depot Road, Plaistow, NH, on Wednesday March 18, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial for Albert will start at 11:00 AM with interment to follow in St. James Cemetery, 360 Primrose Street, Haverhill, MA.
Due to Lent, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, of 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH, is honored to serve the D’Arcangelo family.
