Albert Lee Finley was born on July 16, 1987, in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Albert, better known as Al, had a very playful spirit and always made friends everywhere he went. He had a rare gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path. Al graduated in 2007 from J.A. Fair High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, and then started working at Pathfinders Inc. in Jacksonville, Arkansas, for 18 years. He also worked alongside his father doing construction, learning how to lay concrete and operate power tools and other machinery.
Al is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy L. Finley Sr.
Al leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Eddie Mae Finley, his siblings Bridget S. Finley and Jimmy L. Finley Jr. (Bennetta Finley), both of North Little Rock, Herbert L. Finley Sr., Sherell Finley, and LaTanya Finley of Little Rock. Nieces and nephews April Looney, Herbert Finley Jr., Kalin Finley, Jamie Greene, RaeVen Young, Jasmine Toatley, Alexus Greene, LoRenzo Finley, CaeLehb Finley, JaKayla Finley, and a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Little Rock Seventh Adventist Church, 8700 N. Rodney Parham Rd. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Al will be laid to rest next to his father at St. Paul Cemetery in Bivins, TX.
